We aim to process returns and exchanges within 7 days, but please allow up to 30 days for full refund.

In the case of refunds, we will need your bank details to make the payment electronically.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us in its original condition within 7 days and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange. Please note that Palletcap Ltd does not offer a free returns service with the exception of damaged or faulty product.
To return damaged/faulty goods:

Contact us via email info@palletcap.com for a returns authorisation code. We will do the rest!

Our nominated carrier will call to collect your consignment in full, which should be packaged in its original condition on a pallet base. Our carrier will give you a receipt for the goods on collection. Once returned to us we will assess the damage and contact you to arrange a refund or redelivery.

To return goods no longer required:

Contact us via email info@palletcap.com or telephone 01543 509497 to notify us of the return and reason for it.

Arrange a reputable carrier to return your unwanted order. Please note that you are responsible for obtaining suitable insurance to the value of the goods ordered. Free carrier returns are only available by prior agreement for goods damaged during transit and signed for as damaged at the delivery point. Refunds will not be made for goods which do not meet our re-sale criteria. IE the goods must be in a saleable condition.
